Goals

With the intention of better adapting new agents to Gestión de Compras, we have established minimum monthly targets to be met in order to potentially develop the capacity and work of our partner agents.

As we have seen in our training, Hubspot allows us to create, sort and manage a large number of leads, as well as all the follow-up tasks and communications we have with them.

 

On the other hand, our ERP allows us to coordinate internally with the Purchasing Dept. for all customer requests/orders and follow up on them.

As you know during the whole implementation phase of any specific campaign, it is essential to create a solid database of potential customers, to send them a specific presentation in detail (according to a template or similar) and to develop the best telephone follow-up for each of these contacts.

 

The final quantities of enquiries and their quality, as well as the final volume of orders, is directly related to this work, so we need to put more effort into this phase.

This is why we have established the need to comply with these monthly minimums in order to continue collaborating in order to achieve the best results:

(1-3 weekly)

We are well aware that there are very different potential value requests and very different sectors/markets/manufacturing processes, but we have to set minimums that are as fair as possible.

We also know that depending on the workload in terms of follow-up of requests/order, these exclusive prospecting quantities may vary, but it is in everyone’s interest to develop our commercial function in the most productive way possible.
